We are pleased to help our clients care for their major home appliances. To make your service call request as rewarding as possible, we suggest you review the following check list for possible solutions you can try first. Call for service if these possible solutions do not resolve the problem you're experiencing.
My appliance will not work at all.
Check the circuit breaker at the main electrical box. Has it tripped? If the circuit breaker has tripped, reset the circuit breaker by shutting it off and then turning it on again. If the circuit breaker looks okay and there is still a problem with the machine, then, call us for service.
My dryer takes too long to dry a normal load of clothes. (Most dryers take about one hour to dry a normal load).
If the dryer has been moved recently, check the vent hose at the back of the machine for possible kinks that will restrict the flow of air out of the machine. If problem is during the springtime, check the outside of the house for possible birds' nest interfering with the air flow at the vent exit. If this solution does not fix the problem, then call us for service.
My washer will not spin the clothes enough the first time through a cycle, but if I put the clothes through a second spin cycle, the machine will ring out the clothes as usual.
Too much detergent used, causing the pump to get clogged with air bubbles from the soap suds. Try using 2/3 as much detergent or change the brand of detergent. If the problem persists, call us for service.
